1. Services

Signify RSS (Realtor Sign Services) provides professional sign post installation, removal, storage, and rider management services for real estate professionals in Oxford County and surrounding areas.

2. Service Requests

Service requests can be made via text, email, or phone. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated arrival time. While we strive to accommodate all requested dates and times, scheduling is subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are as listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service. Volume discounts may apply for high-volume clients.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate advance notice to allow us to accommodate other clients.

5. Property Access

By requesting our services, you confirm that you have authorization to have signs installed at or removed from the specified property. You are responsible for providing accurate property addresses and any necessary access information.

6. Sign Storage

Signs stored with us remain the property of the client. We will take reasonable care of stored items but are not liable for damage beyond our control. Stored signs may be retrieved during business hours with advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Signify RSS strives to provide quality service but is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure. Clients are encouraged to have utilities marked before installation.

8. Weather Conditions

Extreme weather conditions may affect our ability to complete scheduled services. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
